Shipping, Exchange and Return Policies
SHIPPING POLICY
All products are available subject to availability at any point. If any item placed an order for goes out of stock, we will refund you the order amount.
We offer FREE shipping within India on all orders above Rs 2500. For orders below Rs 2500, we levy a shipping cost of Rs 150 across India.
The standard delivery time for all orders is between 8 to 10 days. The delivery time for customised orders is between 15 to 18 days.
EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICIES
- We love receiving your orders and most of them are made to order. Hence, to reduce the an overload of Inventory and discourage the practice, we request all our customers to check the size thoroughly before placing the orders.
- Any cancellation requests have to be submitted within 24hrs of placing the order on yellowbudwears@gmail.com. Any requests beyond that time shall not be considered.
- Every product undergoes multiple quality checks before dispatch. However, in case of delivery of any damaged goods, you can place a return request with us on yellowbudwears@gmail.com within 2days of delivery. The refund for the order shall be processed only after we have received the garment back and has been inspected for the damage. Item(s) must be returned in their original condition and packaging: unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached.
- We would love to provide an exchange for your orders in case of any issues. The exchange request however has to be placed within 2days of delivery and must be delivered within 8days. The reverse courier cost of the exchange product has to be barred by the customer. Item(s) must be returned in their original condition and packaging: unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached.
The Sale products once purchased are not eligible for exchange or returns. Hence, we request you to check the size and pattern for all our
Sale items thoroughly before placing the order.
